Follow the on-screen prompts to initialize the device, create a PIN code, and write down your recovery seed phrase. Never share your recovery seed with anyone - it's the only way to restore your wallet if the device is lost or damaged.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures. The Basic wallet includes 2 years, Pro includes 5 years, and Family includes 10 years. Warranty includes free replacement of defective devices and priority US customer support. Physical damage from misuse is not covered.
